My experience is that I was not informed by Invicta at time purchase that would not be receiving all my items at the same which made me quite anxious about my purchase. Invicta needs to inform their customers at time purchase, that f they purchase more than one item it is a possibility that the items may be shipped from different warehouses which may result in different processing and shipping times, which also may in result in the customer not receiving all their items at the same time.
Very good sale and good choice of watches
I had ordered a watch before Christmas and the product got lost going to FEDEX. I waited till after the holidays and spoke to a customer service rep and they helped me get an immediate refund and I ordered another product and received that promptly. It's not how you start but how you finish!
The watch was a gift for a friend. When he received it, he cried like a baby. The timing (delivery) was perfect.
