The purchase was satisfactory and very fast delivery excellent service
I loved the watch and the price that I paid for it. My only issue was that I paid 29.00 extra to get 2 day shipping and it still took 10 days to get the merchandise. I asked for a refund but no one ever got back to me on that. Apparently when they say 2 day shipping, they mean after they take their time processing the order, which could take 4 days. So to me, that is a waste. If I ever order again, I will never pay for expedited shipping. Lesson learned.
Not much to say: would have appreciated free or reasonable shipping. Love the watch but wish the band was a little longer...
Good price and was Good timing as this was to be an anniversary gift for my wife (1st Invicta) (the item came in broken, there was a gear dangling around as you can see on the reverse side) now I'm having to send it back and may not have her gift for our anniversary. I'm hoping that the item gets replaced as I purchased NEW and not fixed and sent back to me. I myself have several and have not had any issues.

Wonderful experience. My only issue is it took a little over a week before my product was sent out. Once it was sent the delivery took about another five days. I wish you explained that when we are in the shopping cart getting ready to complete our orders so we know approximately how long it's going to take. Now that I know it takes between two to three weeks if I'm making a purchase for an important occasion I need to place my order early to be able to have it for when I need it for that occasion.
