My experience was great and quick.
My service was great but I needed to go to an Invicta store to size up the watch band and I was charged $15.00. I felt that was unfair do to the fact I just purchased a $500.00 watch.
I think you should add a live chat to your site. I emailed 3 times and never received a response. I had to call to get information.
I have bought 11 watches from you in 30 days, I absolutely love these watches. I used to buy expensive watches, but now I'm addicted to Invicta. I can literally get 20 for the price of 1 Tag! And your watches look better! So, keep up the good work as far as watches are concerned and make sure to add that live chat. It's a cheap function to add and will give customers tons of easy, quick help.

Nice watch however I didn't realize how heavy it would be but I like it considering I'm a Jets fan.

The one issue i have is the size of the watch is hard to judge. 51MM is a lot bigger than i expected. Maybe a sketch of a hand and arm with the watch displayed.
