Loved the ease but want the matching mens watch for my husband and could not find it...Help
I am a long time Invicta customer however I may think twice about ordering from Invicta.com any longer. The lack of communication updates from Invicta to the customer is non existant and the delivery time is so long. Customer Service is unable to explain why there is such a long time in lag time and we can not understand why it takes FedEx forever to get me the package. Love the product but unacceptable delivery times.

I was in a rush before the Super Bowl I thought I ordered one NFL watch's then right after I placed my order I ordered I thought a NFL KC Chiefs watch. On Sunday I recurved two boxes and there were two Miami Dolphins watches. I called Customer service Monday and the CS rep told me she didn't see an order for either watch.
I paid for one watch by Pay Pal and the other on Invicta s value pay.
I also did not get a packing slip for either watch.
So what I need to do is to send one back however I do not have any paperwork to use to return one of the NFL Miami Dolphin watch.
I order from u guys a lot I'm disappointed that u guys stop selling the NFL watches. I was so close to completing my nfl pro driver collection.
My dad is enjoying his Invicta watch. Also, customer service was very nice about solving my issue I had with my delivery. I will definitely order from Invicta again.

Everything was great, until I tried to register my watch, it said it didn't recognize the model number. Vera frustrating. I own 22 Invicta watches and a I've never had this problem registering my watches before.
