I've been trying to contact the customer service and I get no answers I'm waiting on to watches that I paid for 2 day shipping and I haven't received them at all order numbers ******* and ******* I would really like to know what happened to my orders

I've ordered in the past and I've never experienced the delay experienced this time. Although I understand the COVID-19 made things a little more difficult it shouldn't have taken 1 month for my order to arrive. I ordered on April 15. Called on April 28 and was told all orders for April would be sent out by April 30. I didn't receive an email regarding my item being shipped out until May 7 or 8 and received the watch on May 14. Very disappointing.
