I love purchasing from invicta im sure the only reason for the delay was because of the covid crisis otherwise no complaints
I understand that there a pandemic going on. To get a hold of someone in customer service is about 45 minutes to an hour wait. I sent an email on the website and still have not received a response back. The wait time to get the product is ridiculous. I waited over two weeks to get something. Management needs to reevaluate how things are being done if they want to keep customers.
