I purchased an item for mother's and it arrived yesterday 5/20. I place the order on April. That's ridiculous. I had to be one contacting customer service to get my item. If it wasn't for me following I would have never known that my item was out of stock. Again very disappointed.

I love shopping with invicta. Prices are always decent and although we don't like the shipping process during this pandemic we appreciate everyone's hard work.

Great time piece will order again shipping times are slow currently due to covid-19 epidemic but still arrived in a timely manner. Thanks

It arrived in a timely fashion. The price was good. The only complaint I had was shipping fees were higher than what I was expecting. Other than that I was satisfied with my purchase.

The stem on an in I take watch I purchased before this one broke after about 5 months of use. I returned it requesting repair and was told the cost of repair would exceed what I paid for the watch when it was new.

I was able to find the item that I wanted easily but the checkout process was challenging.

I like the watch I received. Nice for the money I paid for it. Everything went pretty well. Ordering is nice and easy, good selection and prices are good on their website. Shipping is a little slower than expected. Customer service was quick and easy to deal with. Overall, great experience. Thanks

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM THAT I ORDERED AND HAVE TRIED FOR OVER 2 WEEKS TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ANSWER I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO PLEASE CALL ME ASAP. I LOVE INVICTA AND HAVE BEEN BUYING WATCHES FOR YEARS FROM INVICTA BUT I GOT A BAD EXPERIENCE THIS TIME AND I AM NOT HAPPY. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY GIFT.

Missing two orders now one out of stock and the other just hasn't Arrive ******* and order *******

First time purchasing from the site. Process was smooth except me having to call to get an update on an item that wasn't shipped. I didn't receive an update about that item and that had me concerned. I was disappointed with that absence of communication. However after contacting CS and told what was going on, the item was shipped out shortly after.
