Was disappointed with the watch. The watch looked nice but it was suppose to have a Swiss movement and instead had a Japanese movement. I was very disappointed because I particularly wanted the watch because of the Swiss movement. This was a gift for my boyfriend who owns a vintage Rolex and a gold Longines. He knows watches and I wanted to surprise him with a more casual watch. I spoke to customer service and am waiting back to see what Invicta will do to make this right!
Great product value and quality. Submariner replica. Build quality was much better than expected. Why does Rolex want thousands more per watch? Not sure. Keeps good time and looks great. Spoke with customer service a few times on orders that needed to be revised or cancelled. Prompt/professional service.
