I got the watch but I'm trying to return it because it's too big for my wife but I can't get to talk to anybody I've called and called and all I get is music it's rediculas. I can't believe that you guys expect to keep customers if they can't contact you with issues. I've bought 97 watches and luckily I've not had problems but now I do and I need to talk to somebody anybody about getting a return label and how to get a hold of the repair department. Cal me ASAP at *******383

I still haven't recived one of my watches that I oreder if sent numerous emails about and it was one of the first ones I ordered. It was a rose gold watch still processing. I ordered on 4/21/20.

Love invicta watches. Received my first item in a timely fashion. My second item I received an email saying there was a delay and if I didn't receive a confirmation by a certain time I would be refunded. I didn't get a confirmation but still waited. Then I emailed customer service and waited a while to only have to reach out and say I would like to cancel. Then I received a tracking number.
