I love Invicta and continue to patronize. I've since recently placed another order on May 21st order #******* and it has yet to be processed.
I was very pleased with my order and its condition on arrival, however I'm very displeased with how long it took to recieve my order. I was certainly not happy about the automatic refund that I received for my purchase of Invicta elements "men's bracelet". This refund was a result of high demand but, I was how ever very satisfied with my first two purchase's.
The product I received was very nice, just as all the other Invicta products I have are. My shopping experience was okay on the website. The main problem I had was because of the length of time it took for the product to ship. I also paid for the second day shipping and it still took 5 days to get here after it shipped. The second day shipping costs $30 and when I try to call customer service to ask for a refund for my second day shipping I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I end up being on hold for 20 minutes and I don't want to wait that long. Otherwise I love Invicta products. They're very nice and they're at a great price.
I could not get any reply on the delay for my order, which was quite frustrating and the reply I did get was not specific to my order. So, improved communication about order status would be great.
Love my watch, will be shopping more for my YouTube channel.
