I didnt like the fact that I had to sit on hold for a hour waiting for someone then the phone goes dead and i had to start back over and when i finally got someone they couldn't tell me anything about when was my order going to arrive. Im totally not happy with your service me and my husband have ordered a lot of watches from you and i don't know if we going to continue
I bought 2 watches and I only received one! I got a refund with no explanation if the watch was not Available shouldn't be on the website and now I won't have enough time to choose something else and get delivered before Father's Day

I should not have to contact customer service to get an update on my two orders that I placed only to be told; one is not going to be delivered. I gave the order way more time against your shipping & processing time frame before i reached out. I have only worn Invicta watches. If the next order that I have currently placed turns into the same issue. This will be the absolute last time I will ever purchase any item from this company & I will make sure that everyone i know hears about this issue. I would hate for anyone else to go through this nonsense as I have had to go through.
I had to contact this company to see when the order would ship. Almost a month later, I had to call again to be told my delivery date would be that day. She said she would forward that shipping info to me AGAIN but I still haven't received it. Overall, I will not be ordering from this company again.

Other than paying for 2 day shipping and not receiving it for a little over 2 weeks I'd say the watches are worth the money. I wont pay for 2 day shipping anymore.
I order some watches for motherday and and i recieved one 2 weeks after then i recieved a second one then 2 more weeks aftwr still waiti g for 2 more weeks i get aemail saying that i was getting refund for those 2 after waiting. Ro give out for mothers day now i gotta go shoppong for something else

Delivery takes too long. And prices of the items change very fast that it got cheaper after I ordered then it got higher again. The prices keeps on changing.
Very organized and well designed website. It is exciting to hop on and see what kind of sales/promotions are being offered. Delivery was a bit slow on a couple of the watches I ordered but I think that is more on FedEx and the COVID-19.
My experience with Invicta's have been great, but the lupah watch needs to be produced more.
