I've always gotten great products and service from Invicta and have never had any complaints but this time I have one. It took almost a month to get any status report on my order. I had to send an email about what was going on with it which got a response in about 3 days. I get that these days shipping has been taking a bit longer and it's not exactly soul crushing that it took longer but an update email sooner than a month would have been good. I was starting to wonder if my order had gotten lost or something. The product arrived and I am very happy with it on the positive side. Thank you.
