It took waaay too long to receive items that were shipped from the US. 17 days is unheard of in this time of day delivery.
I have ordered quite a few times from invicta.com and it has always been satisfactory even if there was a problem they know how to make it right.
I ordered the invicta yellow cologne and I received a tester one. Had a sticker on the bottle which didn't come in its original packaging and said "not for resale tester only"
I have 10 watches and really like them
The Experience would have been great if I had received everything as it was stated. I paid $29 to have both watches shipped to me in two days I received the first one, a men's watch in three days. I didn't receive the second watch until almost three weeks later, which by then it was past Mother's Day in which it was a gift to my fiance. Be with the fact that I paid for it to be sent faster and I had to wait for the second one almost a month. I just recently made her order it is not even been sent out yet. This is the second time that this has happened and I paid for 2 day shipping. It was supposed to be here today, but it is only being prepared to be shipped right now 3 days later. If you are going to give good customer service and expect people to spend this type of money for products, I would suggest you be a little more firm in the shipping of these products. Only speaking my opinion.
I actually received two identical watchers and I need to return one of them or get another type of watch I don't need to watch is exactly the same
After purchase customer information regarding shipping progress is terrible. Nothing should take weeks to process and deliver. With exception to items that may have to go through customs from other countries.
I bought 2 watches both were a gift to my son for high school graduation. I paid extra for 2 day shipping, 1 came in as promised the 2nd I email 2 times weeks apart called twice on hold for over a hour no one picked up your phone, maybe U need a A I to answer Ur phones. Over three weeks we received the 2nd watch, very disappointed

Your customer service is absolutely abhorrent. I kept getting canned messages about my watch it was only until I threatened to charge you guys back on my credit card that my washed all of a sudden magically appeared
