I called twice and emailed because I could never get through to customer service. I thought i would receive my pkg in about 7 days it was almost 2 wks. Was just a little disappointed but my mom.loved the watch and it was worth it.

First, I cannot get the links in one (blue one) of the watches removed, even with your professional kit that was purchased separately. Therefore, I can't wear it. Second, I cannot seem to be able to set the time on the gold watch, the most expensive watch I purchased. Therefore, I can't wear it. Third, when I tried to put the Army watch on the pin in the strap came out and the watch fell completely off my hand as I was trying it on for the first time. However, that was an easy fix. I'm not very happy at all but I threw my receipts out with packages because I never expect problems from your INVICTA watches.

Purchased this as a high school graduation gift for my grandson. About 19 years ago I purchased one for my son as a college graduation gift which he still uses today. He has never had any issues with his watch. Very reliable and lasting gift.
Shipping is very slow, this was my second order, order wasn't shipped until I contacted customer service a second time, I was blown off the first time, they tried to blame cover but my first order was before cover.
Easy checkout process. Love the quality and the price of the items. Disliked the 3 separate shipping orders over a three to four week period. No communication on my order being shipped separately and no update on my order after inquiring about it with Invicta.com. The rest of my order just started showing up without notice.

LOVE the products! Shopping and the cart are easy enough and smooth to use. Shipping, on the other hand, is a different story. About a week after placing an order a FedEx label is created and the email is received notifying of shipment, but then the item sits for a week in Pompano, FL. What's that about?
Ordering model #*******, as I ordered one month ago and did not receive it, even though charged. Status of Fed Ex is still PENDING. Help Desk merely states pending, no help!
