Good watches at a reasonable price.
I am a Invicta collector and presently have over 60 collectable Invicta watches and have bought over 100 Invicta watches, everyone in my Family circle have one or two invicta watches that I had bought for them, lots of my watches that I had bought have been through Evine and some at the Hollywood store in Florida. When I order the last 5 watches for a gift I pay an extra 29 for 2 day rush deliver, it took over 2 weeks to get them after I complain to PAY-PAL. The customer service at the Hollywood Store is one of the worse, they never pick up the phone and if you leave a message they never answer no matter what, I E-Mail them and still no answer, I had the same problem before that's why I stop buying from you. I hope this issue will solve soon or no one else will buy from you.
The watch I received was broken. The second hand was broken and would not move. Also, the watch bracelet was broken. The bracelet was missing a pin that was required to hold the bracelet together. I purchased the watch as a Birthday gift for my best friend which was May 30th. Now I have no gift for him and, thanks to you, am extremely embarrassed. I called customer service and sent e-mails and was advised to return the broken watch for a new one. I should have received a replacement watch long before now but have not. If you had replaced the broken watch with a new one I should have received it by now and would have had it in time to present it to my friend and saved me this embarrassment. I do not understand what is taking so long unless you are trying to repair the watch instead of doing the right thing and sending me a new watch. Repairing the broken watch makes it a refurbished watch and that is not what I paid for nor is it what I want to give to my best friend. Please expedite a new replacement watch ASAP. Your expeditious handling of this problem is definitely warranted and appreciated. Thank you, Jere Holt
Just got the biggest run around for Invicta. First off I was on hold for 45 mins and they couldn't tell me when my order was going to ship. I placed my order on Monday and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Their web site states up to 4 days to process your order. They just informed me that my order would not be shipping till next week. If I would of know this I would not of placed my order and defiantly not paid for 2 day shipping
I specifically ordered this watch to have for my sons graduation this weekend. Now I need to figure out plan B

Really terrible customer service. I didn't receive my 2nd watch do I emailed and they were less than helpful and after going back and forth a couple of times with no answers and customer service basically daring me to cancel the order a few times while offering no response as to when it might ship. That's literally all I wanted was to know when my order would ship and instead now you lost a customer. Thanks for nothing.

Status was pending for almost two weeks although an order made one day after this order had already shipped and been delivered. Once I contacted customer service this order was immediately shipped.

Horrible service. Watch was broken when I received it, and it took 4 weeks to arrive.
Order date to delivery date = 3 weeks fro. Florida to Kansas. Very poor. I emailed Invicta customer service 3 times. Response to questions took 3 to 4 days. I should not have to contact you to ask for a status of my order, if delayed I should be contacted by Invicta within 1 week after placing order.
It took to long to get my order, (three)3 weeks and I had to email and give an ultimatum. The order and ahipping should be a little more proficient. People order at a certain time to get their product in a timely manner. I shouldn't have to email to track my order. There wasn't any communication on the delay until I inquired. This isn't good for a company with auch a good product.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
