I was not happy receiving a watch that was suppose to be a "Swiss Quartz" movement watch and then receiving one with a Japanese movement. However customer service (the second time I called) was helpful and I was satisfied with the resolution.

Have many Invicta watches as does my husband. Shopping is easy and always have good results. However, I bought this watch for around 100.00 and was not happy that within a few days it was selling for 68.00.

Wait almost 1 month for the product to arrive. Customer service was up to 4 hours and they never answered. The customer service by email answered me up to 2 weeks later. Very poor service in that area
