Great watch love doing business with invicta
It was so easy and effortless
The watch I bought was a gift. The watch, after I finally got it, is beautiful! However, service from Invicta (not ShopHq) is horrendous! When the watch didn't ship after two weeks, I called customer service, after waiting for 1/2 hour, the agent told me to give it a few more days, or cancel my order! Then, abruptly hung up. After a week, and still no watch, I sent a live message to Ryan Johnson from Invicta on ShopHq explaining my situation. The next day the watch shipped and two days later I received the watch. This is my husband's 9th watch. He loves them and I will continue to buy for him...through ShopHq. Thank you Invicta Ryan
Could not get through to customer service
It has been twice that the items have been delivered to the wrong house. Thanks you to the neighbor whose integrity was on point and knocked on my door to give me the items. Please address with your delivery company.
The product and price was good price and style, only issue was I did not put the promotional code in at check out so I did pay more then I could of but realized it was still a good deal

Some of the watch has scratches defect no plastic wrap, and it make me mad becuase when i contact customer service regarding of the issue and i want to return my item they reply super slow. They said in the website easy to return but what they do to me its hard to return the item i regret it why i bought watch to them. Thanks!
