Ordered items on May 8 and didn't receive until June. The delivery was late but the money was drafted immediately. It makes no since that Invicta would allow a customer to shop and then state that the warehouse is closed. I was very disappointed.

Great selection, incredible prices
I was not satisfied with the site. It did not tell me when my order was being shipped out. I called and got no response. I sent an email and still no info. The order just showed up at my door with no expectation of delivery which could have resulted in it bring stolen. The website also does not give a clear number to call for customer service but the number to the service center, whi then gives you another number to call for customers service. So much wasted time.

Delivery took too long, I contacted customer service several times and it took long for them to contact me back.
I don't think I'll be ordering anything again. The price was great, but the time frame was too long. It took almost a month to receive my watch. Fed ex kept switching my Delivery date, and it took 2weeks before my order was processed
