The website stated 5 business days for processing but took over 2 weeks then I inquired about the status of the order and they tell me it takes 4-5 business days. I didn't ever receive an answer.
Very please with the product love the watch and the design it was a gift for Mother's Day for my mother she loved it well worth it!
I enjoy shopping on the website. It's easy for me to navigate and find items if I have the product number. It would be nice if you had more ladies watches (40mm or smaller) with leather bands.

Great watch with a great price
I understand due to the Covid-19 that orders was on back order however no communication was given and one of the two watches I purchase was not available and I wasn't given another option to buy. I am a collector and I have sent two of my watches to the service center and yet to receive them back. I'm being to be disappointed with the services that I'm receiving considering I have spent thousands of dollars on your brand! Help me out by your response to this feedback.
The only problem I really had was the delivery, ordered May 9th and recieved it on May 31. Which I would have been fine with, had I known there was a problem with delivery times. I sent two emails requesting information and the first one was never replied to, so the second one was a bit snippy because I feel like non acknowledgement is not very professional. Received a response to that one and finally received tracking information.

Well I some how you lost an item I ordered in the end of March. After waiting over 40 days you cancelled my order. I was told the watch was no longer available. If I had an order saying that item was being shipped to me, where, and how did it disapear. No reason given, just a 30.00 store credit.
I have bought other watches with great service.
Shipping was horrible. And it was very hard trying to get customer service to call or email you back. The price was the only good thing about this order.
It took over 3 weeks to get my full order. First watch I got in about 7 days. The second watch on the same oder took about 4 week to get delivered. Both watches were a gift for my birthday. The second watch didn't get delivered until a whole week after my birthday. The tool Invicta sold me to remove the links is to small to remove the links on the band of the watch that I purchased. Why sale something that doesn't even fit the band size of your watch?
I ordered 2 beautiful and after waiting over a month. Invicta canceled the order due to unavailability

I liked the look of the products online & being that they were marked down in price I thought I would make a purchase. After waiting for weeks for some type of shipping confirmation I finally received an email to find out the watch wasn't avail. After I had been placed my order so I was a little upset about that.
I found some great looking watches. Easy to navigate the website to find what I didn't even know I was looking for. Will definitely come back in the future.
