When we received it the bezel was chipped. I had to replace it because the bezel isn't covered.

First of all it took over a month for me to receive my item, yet I ordered three watches after them accepting my order and I paid for them, they canceled of them. So I was refunded. Never knowing why, or never knew which watch was coming. I contacted them by email over and over again and no one ever responded. As they were gifts and just so I would be able to reorder.
There was no communication.
Or response to my emails except that they were on the way.

I paid for 2 day delivery. After 10 days the watch had not arrived. I contacted customer service. They refunded the fee I had paid for expedited shipping. Product arrived 4 days afterwards.
Shipping prices are a bit high.
