My overall experience wasnt to my liking. I waited too long for the watch and prior to that I got little help from customer service in regards to the delay. I waited twice the normal time for the watch and Invicta never offered to compensate for my inconvenience...which could have been by way of refunding shipping I paid or maybe a coupon or discount code towards a new purchase.
Poor customer service very slow ship time took over 3 weeks to even ship out.

I purchased two watches. With the purchase of $99 or more I could have recieved free shipping. I wanted the two watches and decided to pay for shipping but unfortunately the watch I wanted I didn't receive. I kept following up on email on the status of my order. It took almost a month after I kept sending email messages on the status of my purchase but no response. Finally I called and unfortunately they weren't able to give me my purchase due to out of stock. So disappointed. I decided to purchase another watch to add on my collection. Finally got a notification that it is being delivered. Need to not show items on your page that are out of stock. Not happy with the online experience from invicta

I Made SEVERAL attempts to contact your customer service using the number on your website. I spent over 6hrs total on hold over a course of 2 weeks. I have never done business with a company who is that busy with customers, Then all of a sudden your contact # was out of service. In the mean time I discovered Invicta watches are cheaper on Amazon.
A company with high demands and no effective customer service is the same as a company with no customers - both will eventually go out of business!
