Tried contacting for a return; however cs did not follow up on my request.
I called to check on the status of my order for 3 1/2 weeks it was still in processing after I spoke to the first rep they told me by the end of the week it would've been out for Delivery, never was shipped out when I spoke to a the second rep they told me the exact date it was gonna ship and when I was gonna recieve my items and just as they said it came.
The shipping took forever and nobody had a real answer on where my watches were. The woman's watch I ordered has scratches on it and a few small dings on some of the links
