I really like In dicta products.
It took too long to delivery and it gave me a hard time with the CS because the only response I get was: 'you have to wait. We are receiving a lot of orders.' It took almost a month to get the the order and yours quickly response was: 'cancel and refund or wait'. A very automatic response. I didn't even talked with a real person. Ridiculous. Also in my complaint I sent a email with a screen shot print about 1hour waiting in the phone and no response at all. Your customer service sucks, it's disrespectful with the customer offer a poor service like this especially coming from a big company as yours.

I have ordered a few times and the products have always been good but, this time, the delivery was exceptionally long in coming. I understand that this was due to circumstances with Covid but don't understand why I had to call to see where my items were at and why emails couldn't have been sent out to update the customer to let them know this. When I ordered the product, there was no mention of a lengthy shipping timeframe at that point.

I am pleased with the invicta watch I purchased for my husband as a gift. It arrived on time. It was however delivered (at no fault to invicta, the wrong address) apparently. It was thrown opened on my front lawn. The watch wasn't damaged, so all is well. I will definitely order from them again.
