The item is perfect, no complaints. But the shipping... I didn't get the product for over a month. That's fine if I had gotten anything updating me but they didn't ship the watch until I reached out to customer service because it had been a month since my order and no shipping email.

The items were very nice, but they took forever to be delivered almost a month. Then I get an email saying one items was no longer available, in which I was very upset. I waited almost a month to get something, then get a email to say its no longer available and this was suppose to be a gift.
Good product for the price
It was a gift but the person can not find a location to remove links of the band.
I ordered a watch for my son's graduation on May 11th. Paid 29 dollars for 2 day delivery. Emailed customer service didn't hear back for over a week. Finally got watch on May 29th and my 29 dollar refund this week in June. Finally got watch and refund but it took way to long.
The product was ordered a month in advance for my wife birthday. And i didn't receive it until 2 weeks after her birthday... Highly dissatisfied with the delivery time... My family and I are huge Invicta buyers.
