When initially received my purchase, which was a birthday present, the box was empty, there was no watch inside of the box, I was able to get a replacement but it was 2 weeks later.

Awesome, professional, and very knowledgeable in their products.
First of all,i did choose a pre owned watch,read the fine print took the gamble but,here's the problem,they took a picture of a new watch tell you no returns on pre owned,won't let you see or feel it, scratches,crown etc... don;t mind spending the money but...if it is no good at least let me send it back. Then send you a invicta box, no papers, just expected more from the company, thanks for the time santo
The only issue I had was that the glycine watch did not come in a glycine box, it came with the in ICT a box. Not a big deal and the watch is in great shape.
