Terrible communication and I am out $200 and no product...very disappointed.
Website is easy to use, checkout even easier.
I ordered 2 watch repair/link removers and only received 1. It was in the same box as the watch but the other one hasn't arrived or in the box.
Also, I returned a watch that I ordered for my husband's birthday...the crown broke and wouldn't move when trying to change the time. I haven't heard anything on this...no watch, no refund and no replacement.
I would like to know what's going on. I understand that during the virus things are not working as normal but it shouldn't take this long.

Delivery time was lengthy but understandable due to the current climate. Price was reasonable. The watch is great, but the bracelet seems cheap.
Well, I really like the watch I received but the band was huge. It was a ladies watch but the band would fit Shaq! And unfortunately I can't get it fixed because the jewelry stores are all closed. Anyway, I guess I will have a great watch someday.

Invictastores.com offered an excellent price and wide selection of the 40mm Pro Diver series I was looking for. I ordered several Pro Divers with different dial and bracelet combinations and am impressed with the quality of the watches, as well as with the experience with Invictastores.com.
