Overall I had a really good experience with Invicta and will most likely order from them again. The only down fall is they took a very long time to get my order shipped and also didn't send any notice saying it would take longer then planned.

My first order was cancelled without prior notice and close tot the time I expected it to arrive. The product was no lover available so I ordered again and it cost more for the similar watch! I still did not get it in time. I called customer service and was on hold for more than 30 min. This was my first experience with Invicta and I am not impressed.
It nices watch
The watch broke the first time I wore it, the crown fell off. Now, to repair/replace it I have to send the broken watch to your repair center, that cost $28.00. Things are not going good with me and Invicta at hr moment.
The watch was beautiful. My husband is a Marvel fan. It was perfect for Father's Day. The price could not be beat.
The price was great, but I almost received my item too late to give as a gift and I did not receive any updates. I could not get to the updates of shopping either.

Abysmal, called for information, no one home to talk. This pretty much says it all. I have never purchased from a company that has so many broken business processes, and I want you to know, that I'm going on the assumption that they actually have business processes in place.
I used their web site, sent them messages, yes several, from their handy dandy web, no response, sent emails to their sales sites, no response, called, no one would answer the blasted phone, and that was quote and quote, their phone for customer service. One time after 15 minutes of waiting, the phone rang through, I'm think yes, 45 seconds later, no response, back to waiting and then finally the line was dropped. I quit calling.
I had to send in my watch, the band was too big, thank heavens it want to Utah, at least in Utah, and out here in the West, I live in Idaho, we actually care about service and dealing with people and it was the same with Utah. I actually talked to someone in Utah, told them about my experience and she apologized and said that she was in Utah and that she would actually help me. She did and then called me back, Utah was the only thing good i can say about Invicta, they are terrible, I have 5 watches, I took 4 to the local watch repairman, in 10 minutes he fixed and sized the 4 watches, and also told me that Invicta is known for it total lack of service and responsiveness.
Oh, to send the brand new watch in to have it resized, cost me another $70.00 to have it shipped, insured and returned to me. Thank heavens Utah did not charge me for resizing, otherwise it would have cost me more to ship it and have it resized than I paid for it at Costco.
Do yourself a favor and skip Invicta. Now, I like the watches that I like, but if you have to try to deal with them, you will go crazy and that will shorten your life span.
I received my items in June. The case was written on but the watches were good
