Quick, simple and easy

I love the product.

This was a replacement helmet watch box because the first one I ordered received broken but I did have to call Invicta three or four times to get it straightened out before they finally got some in stock and sent me one they were supposed to return calls and only one person did but then did not return the call again as said.

The watch is beautiful and appears to be solid quality. Was on sale so pleased with price.

I wish better instructions for my specific model were included. I would also really like a brown leather strap as opposed to the metal.

It took over 2 weeks for it to arrived. I had to call customer service. The product was fine. Currently I have an order that was placed on June 23rd and it hasn't shipped yet. Also the price point if one one the items dropped within a couple of days. I love the product but shipping causes a problem.

I purchase many watches from your store, this is the first time I actually ordered online, I was not happy with the fact that I actually had to send an email to see when my watch would be shipped, it said it was in processing for a few days and once I sent my email, not 1 hr later it said It had shipped. I was not happy with that at all. I will continue to purchase your watches just not sure how often I will buy online.

It was very user friendly and I loved it.

Generally Invictastores are usually good. Did receive my order this time, but some orders Invictastores send emails that the product is unavailable even though the website says it is in stock. Sometimes you buy something and the price in few days goes lower or higher. Too many fluctuations with prices.

I received my first Invicta watch in high school and fell in love with the brand. The various dials on the watches are so neat to me. I love it!

When the watch arrived, the band was not intact.

It was fine. Easy check out.

I always enjoy shopping with Invicta- and buying more and more invictas. The only issue I have is the charger which doesn't seem to fully charge all the time and gets super hot when I plug it in to charge my phone.
