It took almost 2 weeks for the watch to be shipped; but, it was during fathers day so I understood the delay. The watch was very nice and high quality. My husband was pleased with his father's day gift despite the delay.
Invicta is a company that have good quality products.
All the service was very good. Except package delivery. DHL took 2 weeks to deliver the package, the routing number indicated that the package was on its way to be delivered and it was never delivered. I was forced to go twice to the DHL offices and on the second occasion they delivered the package there.
My items took a month to come and I never received any response from the customer service email people
It took almost a month to get my order. I left 2 emails before anyone responded. That much time is ridiculous.
My only issue was/is that the watch was $118.00. Literally a day or two later it dropped to $88.00. I contacted customer service and was advised several days later that Invicta would not honor the price change. Look, I like the watch and recognize it's a deal even at $118.00, but it just felt like a bait and switch. Great watch, looks good and friends have commmented on it.
