I would never buy another watch from you. The service in getting this item was horrible and the telephone hold time was just as bad. And please dont use the pandemic as an excuse. You should think about upgrading your phone service where they could leave their number and you could call back. Instead of having a customer stay on hold for 45 plus minutes.

It take to long to get my watch to long
I contacted customer service through your contact venue. I purchase a watch through shop hq. The watch was defective. I needed to get it fix as shop hq told me to contact invicta. I never received a reply. I waited and waited and nothing. I subsequently returned the watch for a refund from shop hq.
I love these watches, but my last order was a little delayed. I had to check on it, but it arrived quickly after my inquiry. That's why you get the 4 instead of the 5 star rating I gave you before. Love these watches.
