Very nice and conversation piece.
Order processing took extremely long. I tried to call and get an update on my order to no avail. Phone was not answered. I sent an email to the customer service email requesting to cancel my order and refund my card. This did not happen, and the next day I received an email that my watch was shipping that day. Seems like the order was not processed until I asked to cancel.
Customer Service is a little sluggish, but do to this Pandemic you get a pass from me.This is the second Invicta watch I've purchased in less than 6 months. I love the product. Satisfied customer

Affter about 10 working days I called on the status of my order. I was told that the watch would have been processed in four days and that delivery could take a week or more. I was fine with that but at the time I called in the watch was still in a processing state. After I responded the second time with a ship or refund request the watch was sent out the following day. I understand shipping delays but to not even check the internal status of the order before responding is as I see it poor customer service.
