Prices are good. Overall all products but one was good. The one that wasn't was a rosegold ladies watch. It was very difficult reaching customer service. But once I did, they did take care of the issue.

The delivery took alittle under a month and there was very little communication during the delay. I understand Coronavirus delays, just would've liked more communication. The watched are great though.
Not too bad but it was agravating that my account couldn't be found considering I have an active balance. Had to wait till I got home to complete purchase.
I paid $30 for 2 day shipping but did not know that the 2 day shipping was when the order is fulfilled. There was no mention of this. I ordered two items. Received one item 4 days later and the other I received over a month later. Am not happy with the overall shipping at all.
I love the watch and the price was more than fair I'll be back for more watches in the future.
