Easy ordering and a pleasure to work with
Fast but I received the wrong order the watch I wanted was the Pro Diver blue face gold plated with the Perpetual hand non battery powered when I turn the crown on this watch it won't seal the watch I have I've been wearing for 4 years on the back it's a open and you can see the mechanisms move and it's controlled by movement not battery with the Perpetual hand and the crown does tighten up so it remains waterproof that's the watch I want please contact me I spent four days trying to contact people and let leaving messages and no one's gotten back to me the order number for the watch was 1 0 0 0 ******* please call me at *******691 thank you grant price

My Invicta Pro Diver is a great watch for the money. I have had it for a little over two weeks and so far it is keeping perfect time. Several friends thought it was a rolex.
Fast and easy service
This has been an ongoing, frustrating issue with the MANY timepieces I have purchased of the last 18 months from INVICTA. I get product that is missing warranty cards, all of the protective wrap on both bands are missing, the protective crown guard is missing, and this watch, item# ******* VENOM has fingerprints all over it, accumulated human sweat/dirt on the back. THIS IS NOT a new watch, it's what someone else returned and is being sold as new, per INVICTA's website! In the event you actually get a factory fresh, new watch, (which I have) NONE of the above is found. This is my 2nd complaint via Sitejabber, and never any feedback whatsoever.
There was more of a selection here for me to order and I liked the convenience of ordering from my desk and that there was a coupon to use.
