I couldn't get the code to work with the first watch I wanted so picked a similar one. On shipping product didn't go out for a few days called left a voicemail didn't get a response. Also hard to find what I'm looking for on the website.

I initially was going to order another watch because the site advertised 45% off the selected line. When I added it to my cart and used the code they provided, there was no discount taken. Luckily, I was able to use a different code that was emailed to me, however it was for less of a discount. I love my Invicta watch, just a little disappointed about the way the first transaction went.
Watch is better and nicer than I expected. Delivery was very fast. The selection from high end to mid range to low price high quality items is excellent on this site. Regardless if you spend $100 or $1,000 the quality is amazing.

Watch was rated for 600 ft, wore it to the pool and water got in the watch and stoped running, called customer service and returned for refund
The watch itself was exactly what I was expecting it to be but I'm only giving a rating of 4 and not 5 because of the way it came packaged. Although my watch wasn't damaged it should have came with some type of protection eg. Bubble wrap or foam pieces. Also the box my watch came in was too small and can't fit properly when I center it in place. I had to drive to my local mall and ask for a bigger box from Sottomarino and they delivered. Step up your game and don't be cheap with the boxes. If it's a small watch send a small box but if its a bigger watch send a bigger watch next time.
Very easy to navigate through website
Search function is terrible. I searched the same word combination and got different results each time ("Screw down crown").
I was looking for a particular watch I viewed a couple days ago (an Angel collection one) but it did not show up when I navigated through the Angel collection. I eventually found it be searching for "screw down crown" and the third search it showed up.
The way gender is separated makes it more difficult to find a watch. I'm shopping in the 30-40 mm range so there are lots of viable options under either gender and I don't care if it's labeled as a men's or women's. There are 2 similar Angel models with mother of pearl and oyster faces where one is labeled for men, the other women. It doesn't make sense.
The watch I got is good quality but the invicta lettering on the face is not correctly applied (the n,v, and i are crooked).

The product is high quality as the last 6 I've purchased.
However, When placing the order the site asked "shipping address same as billing". I responded yes and the order was processed. I also chose expedited 2 day shipping for $29.
Well, my order was not processed for a week and I had to call several times. Turns out Invicta does ship to PO Boxes, I could've easily given my physical address, yet NOBODY EVER ASKED, EMAILED or CALLED. I had to.
Once I found the problem, I HAD TO TELL THE representative that the watch was available just across the bay 30 minutes from my house. She then told me they don't ship from stores, which was a lie.
Then the email sent out after all of this said Invicta had to order it from the manufacturer and it could add 7 days to my order- which was a blatant LIE, because it was shipped from the Tampa store.
Quit lying and just say you messed up. Also, don't let the website take a PO box shipping address for expedited shipping if you don't serve them.
This is my seventh Invicta watch purchase, but it may be my last.

I have always loved the quality versus price point of Invicta Watches and hope to continue doing so. Except for a couple of recent issues with one watch found to be damaged upon receipt and another simply not working upon receipt, Invicta has always satisfied my thirst for high-quality watches. Will gladly upgrade from 4 to 5 stars if recent issues can be resolved quickly.
