Easy but not sure how to change credit card.
I received an order confirmation and shipping email very quickly after I placed my order. The package was delivered within three days. The watch was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I didn't have an issue until I opened the case and discovered I received the wrong watch. After verifying I did indeed order the correct item I sent two emails and left three voicemails with NO RESPONSE. The item shipped was item#******* and I ordered item#*******. Good customer service shines through on how well you remedy a problem. To date I still haven't been contacted.
Just some beautiful watches that I've been wanting to buy for a long time

Two of the three items arrived... then a third one arrived three days later... then I was told that the 4th item was out of stock and that a refund would be applied... which it was many days later. Nice watches... marginal service. Also, in connection with another order, I have been trying to get information regarding a return refund/credit and have gotten no useful information whatsoever. Again, Invicta watches are nice products but service from the Invicta Store has been significantly less than satisfactory.
The Invicta shopping experience is always fun and easy.
I added this to my collection of 57 watches. I retired from law enforcement in 2015 and thought it would be a great addition to the collection.
