In other occasion i go directly to the store to adjust my watch now I had to pay to do it because the stores near me are closed. I also sent an email requesting the status of my delivery no one replied back
Customer service was not helpful my watched arrive 1 month after I ordered it that is not ok.
Delivery took too long and there was no communication along the way. The watch did arrive, ultimately. As for the watch itself, the interface between the band and the timepiece is much too rigid. There should be more flexibility at this junction. I mean, I do love the look of the watch, so I think this will work. But it's nor really as comfortable as I'd like.
The only concern i had was it took over a month to get my item.
The date setting function doesn't work. I don't understand how a watch gets shipped that doesn't function properly. Even more so on a Jason Taylor.
Saw my coworkers have a couple Invicta watches and I felt in love with them them...

Load time slow, making me reenter card info I already entered seemed suspicious. Didn't get shipping info sent to me until watch was a day or two away. Watch went 10 bucks cheaper day after i bought. Watch looks nice.
This will be my 3rd watch, always a great shopping experience. Although I love the watches an quality of the watches, it took an extremely long time to receive my order. Very disappointed with the fact I paid 15$ for shipping in 2-3day, took 23day instead. Not happy.
Nothing about stores unless u have changed your repair policy. Have about 10 of your watches, 2 that need repairs. But I don't want to ship them.
I was very pleased with the quality and appearance of the watches.
It took a few emails with customer service to finally get the ball rolling on a couple of my orders that were not processed until 3 weeks after the point of purchase. Which would have been fine, but instead of an honest answer and an expected time frame of delivery, I was given the general run around. But I do but a lot of stuff from Invicta and this was the first time that has happened, probably due to the fact of so many orders being placed on that specific item after the price dropped.
Slow, slow, slow, slow, slow! From ordering to shipping took way too long.

Absolutely terrible! It took 5 weeks to get my order and no one from Invicta reached out too me. And whats even worse is i payed for expedited shipping and still haven't received my refund!. The watch is wonderful but the service and shipping is terribly unacceptable!
