I was told it would take 3-5 days for order to ship and it took 3-4 weeks- it was for a birthday gift and was inexcusably late. I would call customer service and was told it would be mailed that night (lie) was even given a tracking number that fed ex didn't get for weeks- I was about to cancel when I finally got it- I have 4 invicta watches but I will never order from uou guys again- shame cuz hubby wanted Superman
Very simple checkout and excellent product selection.
I'm a watch collector, and although I have a number of finer mechanical time pieces; Rolex, Breitling, Tag Heuer, etc., I started as a collector of Invicta's at very beginning of my hobby. I have, at this time, over 400 Invicta's, purchased mainly at the Boca Raton store in Town Center, the store in west Miami and your store in Times Square in NY. I have, over the past ten years sent a number in for service and, prior to your stores being able to change batteries, sent in number for this purpose as well. Unfortunately, every time I have sent in a watch to you, it has taken and inordinately long time to get it back. Management needs to look into expediting your services.

I am a big fan of invicta watches and have become a collector. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. The designs are creative, functional and progressive. I enjoy the much larger, bold styles (52mm magnum Bolt) and also the elegant classic pieces ( i.e. 47mm Grand Diver automatic.)

Great price, excellent products. The only issue is how long it takes from the time you order until it actually ships. That is understandable given the circumstances during this current pandemic. Overall I love Invicta products and have many. I will continue to purchase these watches because they are amazing!
