I love my Invicta, but then again I am an Invicta fan and I picked this watch. LOL. The product was shipped right away and arrived without a hitch. I'm embarrassed to say that I have already ordered another Invicta.
The only thing I could ask for would be more cool variations like some other shopping networks seem to have.

Items were not in stock but I didn't not find out until after placing the order and that took 2 or 3 days. After purchasing an item the time from purchase to shipment to delivery is too long.
I asked for a manual but they just send me a link at Technomarine website.There's no dust cloth also.And fedex even i left a message to leave it at the office they still leave it at the front door.
I love Invicta and won't buy any other brand. Customer service contact is the worst though. I've tried several times to talk to a person and have not had any success.
