I ordered a black watch and received a steel grey one. The yellow box was torn and not really a presentable packaging. I feel like there may have been a bait and switch done in order to fulfill my order.
I LIKE THE WATCHES. I WAITED ON THE PHONE FOR A LONG TIME BEFORE I TALKED TO A EMPLOYEE. THE WATCHES I WANTED WERE ON SALE BUT WHEN I GOT HELP SHE SAID THE TIME WAS UP ON THE SALE. THEY WERE STILL ON SALE ON LINE BUT THE TIME WAS UP.IT COST ME MORE MONEY TO GET THE WATCHES THAT I WANTED. I TOLD HER THAT IF THE SALE WAS OVER THEY SHOULD TAKE IT OFF LINE SO PEOPLE DONT GET MAD. I ASKED TO TALK TO A MANAGER BUT SHE SAID HE WOULD WOULD NOT DROP THE PRICE. I AM VERY UPSET WITH THE CUST. SERVICE. WAITED ON PHONE FOR 20 MIN. THE SALE WAS OVER 5 MIN. BEFORE THEY PICKED UP THE PHONE.

Purchased as a gift for my husband. Quality seems okay - looks slightly different in person than in online photo. In comparison to other invicta watches I have purchased for him before this one feels and looks like its made with cheaper material. But I paid under $100 on Black Friday. Will see how he likes it :)
