The product are great i received my items when they said they would be delivered i will be purchasing again but I would like it if some of the prices were not so high in price like some of the watches you want are over 200 dollar and up some folks can't afford that price alot of people are on budget that would like to purchase but can't because of the pricing ok the diamond watches i can see they would be high in price. But I would like to purchase some of your disney bolts,and certain Garfield,Snoopy and Popeye watches but i am retired and on a budget i can't afford them prices they are 300 hundred dollars and up i now see you are going to have the star wars watches please keep them under 100 hundred dollars i went on your site i see you will be getting Muppets watches please consider keeping them under 100 hundred dollars so people can afford them like myself because i would like too purchase alot of watches from your site if you keep the prices affordable and reasonable. The item photos are very clear and the website isn't too 'busy', so it's easy to see what you're purchasing. Unfortunately I will not order from Invictastores.com in the future though. I never received an email stating that my order had even been received, shipped, how to proceed with refunds, etc. So I had no choice but to call invictastores.com to see what the status of my order was. I was on hold for 2 HOURS waiting for a rep! I'm MORE than patient and I clearly expected a long hold time, being that it was a few days after Cyber Monday. According to invictastores.com hold-recording: There were approx 8 callers ahead of me with an estimated wait time of 28 minutes. So I had no issue waiting for that long, maybe even as much as an hour. But the recording kept saying my hold time was FAR LESS than reality. At multiple times the recording would state there were less callers ahead of me, however my wait time never changed, sometimes the same wait-time would be repeated for 15-20 minutes. If the company would give the customer the information they need to make an educated decision (have the recording reflect realistic resolution times for the customer service reps - CLEARLY not every call in to the customer service center can be resolved in 2 minutes). If the recording would just have been honest, then I would have chosen to call back at another time. But because the company is deceptive in informing the customer of the TRUE hold times, I will never purchase from the site again. Customer service is everything. I'm a business owner and worked for many years in retail and in call centers. I always ensure that my customer knows what to expect so that they may make an educated decision on whether to proceed. This is really too bad b/c the watch that I ordered was beautiful and at a great price. But poor customer service can kill your chances@ repeat customers.
I tried several times putting items in my cart. After I continue shopping the items were erased from my cart. Experience of having to repeat putting items in the cart was horrific. It also logged me into another customer's account that had products in their cart. TERRIBLE.

Both my husband and I were very pleased with our initial visit to the site and initial purchases. We were so excited that we got our watches in a few days that we went back on the site and both of us have 4 watches apiece! Well be buying more for ourselvesas well as giving watches away as gifts!

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
