I only wear Invicta watches and usually only buy directly from Invicta.com because they have better pricing and sales/discounts than anywhere else. My most recent purchase was a watch normally priced at $200. I caught a flash sale and only paid $88. The products and pricing are great, but improvements need to be made with processing and shipping time. I wasn't too concerned about the timing on this purchase because it's a holiday gift purchased in enough time for it to ship slowly, but that wasn't the case with the purchase before this one. That one was a birthday gift for someone and I paid for overnight shipping. Processing alone took a week and then it didn't leave the warehouse for another couple of days prior to being shipped overnight. There was no indication on the site at the top of purchase that it would be so long until I received the product, nor was there any follow up from Invicta after. My expectation was that I would have received the product within 2 days max. I can see that system improvements are being made as this is the first time I received a follow up email to confirm package receipt and an opportunity to complete a survey.
Took forever to ship
I DID NOT APPLY A COUPON AT CHECK OUT BECAUSE THERE WAS ONLY ONE WATCH LEFT AND I WAS IN A HURRY. I EMAILED CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND HEARD NOTHING BACK.
The product was delayed more than the estimated time, although it arrived in perfect condition, and the product I bought is 5 stars. Thank you.

I ordered a watch for my husband for Christmas. When it came, it was "almost" the right watch--even had the same model number. BUT, it was Japanese movement, not Swiss (as was advertised) and had a 3 year warranty (not 5, as was advertised) and the face was subtly different--no day/date chronometer, but two others (out of the three chronometers) that were different than what I ordered. Tried to call 4 times. Left messages. No return calls. E-mailed twice--got a response but when I tried to answer it no one replied. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Probably will not be ordering another INVICTA watch --and we've ordered several before. I guess I will try to send this one back and forget hubby's gift of an Invicta since I didn't get what I ordered and paid for. Now have the added burden of trying to send it back at this hectic time of year. Would just donate it if it didn't cost so much.
Love all the products you guys have to offer at a good price, I did notice though I did not get the coupon code price so I am kind of bummed about that.

Please answer your phones! I called five days straight and waited hours and hours to hear from someone when I finally became caller number one it was another hold or sometimes your system would hang up on me. Then when I called back it said your numbers were out of service for a second I thought this was fraud til I finally received my order.
