My watch came in fast. It's not the first time I buy from there, I've bought a couplenof watches from there and well I have to admit thay have some really good delas that its hard to miss them. A well exellence experince will definitely buy another watch again in the future.
Ordered watch on Cyber Monday two weeks later they told me it would not be available till after Christmas. Tried to get a different watch with the same Cyber Monday discount customer service said they couldnt do that so canceled the watch and bought a Seiko instead

Your flash sale and black Friday specials are hard to beat. The online ordering is very smooth. My only concern is that on those occasions that I've attempted to contact you by phone, it has been virtually impossible. In fact, I have yet to reach a customer support person using your help line. I usually just give up. My watch service person has experienced the same frustration.
Took almost 30 days my order just arrived today. I never do business with invictas Store again. They don't learn from Amazon.
