It took way too long for me to receive the watches. While the watches were well priced, the waiting time for them to be delivered was way over the expected time.

I had personal family emergency and tried to change the delivery destination from Florida to my home in Kentucky. Customer Service said that I could not make the change even though it didn't ship for 2 weeks later.
Also, I called Customer Service about 3 times and was on hold for a linng timre.

My experience with shopping the website was fine. The service I received after placing my order was not good. Although while I communication with customer service they tried their best to handle the situation, but that was after a couple of emails when I did get some proper responses. Customer service kind of need to be much better.
