The watch, which was a birthday gift did not work when it was delivered. Tried many, many times to report the problem online, of course there was an issue with your online form. Finally was able to speak with a live person, waiting to see if the issue has been taken care of.
I like good deal
Easy purchase process. However, the DELIVERY process created a lot of anxiety. The order was placed on July 26 and was not delivered until August 21st. I tried calling Invicta Customer Service twice and the "hold" time expanded into another decade! Never could find out the status of my order. In the meantime, the watch model number stopped showing up on Invicta's home page, so I was left wondering would I ever receive the watch that was PAID FOR at point of order. Final result was receipt of a product that I truly admire and enjoy... just like the other 12+ Invicta watches I own.
The post office took a long time to get the watch here, but a long long time to be shipped in the first place.

The watch is great...but your delivery time is too poor...you have to work with it...if you gone charge for delivery, I expected that the order can be delivered within 7 to 12 days maximum, but my order took almost a month.

It took 3 weeks to get my order. I contacted customer service multiple times. I was given canned answers like a machine was responding. Even after I was told it was shipped (finally) I was given tracking information that didn't work. Total mess!
Took over a 3 weeks just to be sent out and kept getting wrong info when messaged about shipping, I would.all and they said it's been sent but I could clearly see on fedex it was not sent. Extremely disappointed I usually order from 3rd party and I will do so for now on. Lesson learned.

The only thing that I would like to ask is that you include a tool and instructions needed to remove the links for proper sizing. This would prevent customers from having to seek out a watch repair shop for sizing.
This watch was a real good price.
I've ordered about a dozen watches from Invicta but the last two came not sitting back in its pocket.?
I'm guessing the time was set then it was not put back in its slip which on 1 caused the yellow tag to rub up against the bracelet and scratch it, just FYI
