Still haven't received my watch. Emailed back and forth a few times. One reply was if I don't like how it's going to cancel my order. Doubt I will buy direct ever again. Much easier on off sites and home shopping network.
The first customer service representative I spoke with was very rude and would not help me in telling me when my watch would ship out. The second representative was helpful and friendly. It took over 3 weeks to receive my order.

Excellent selection of items but the shipment and delivery was unacceptable (order placed in late July and it took about a month for me to receive my items). Standard shipment for any online store (not Amazon) is generally about 3 days after order received. This order was placed on 7/26 and the first order shipment was sent to FedEx on 8/6. Then the order was finally delivered on 8/25. I'm not sure what FedEx shipment process was selected but it was unacceptable. I'm a huge collector and decided to give this website a try. I've placed 4 consecutive orders within 3 weeks with your store. I've stopped placing orders after I've realized the length of time it takes to physically receive the first order. Sorry to say that I will not be placing any more orders unless your internal process changes. Even with Covid, it's not acceptable to take orders without proper staffing to fulfill the orders. If a local business takes 2 hours to fulfill a food order, I would go somewhere else next time. If this is your standard business model, then I'm not the right customer for your business. Since these 4 orders, I've purchased another 11 watches this month from another site and the average time is 5 business days without paying for expedited shipping (from order placement to delivery). I wanted to leave an honest review and hope that the business model can change as you have such a good selection and potential of growing faster if the internal process can improve.
Shopping for the product was easy enough. The shipping part was strange because three weeks went by and there were no updates as to why it was taking that much time to process. The payment went through easily. When I received the email of proof of purchase, it could have at least stated that it would a few weeks for shipping.
I love shopping in the store and Now online scare me for a second when I place the order I got a order number but not a tracking number that took about three week or four weeks to get, I call no one pick up I text no one reply until, I text from my email, But I do understand with everything going on it was some delay but communication is the key, I wish someone would have pick up and said everything was cool your order is coming instead of me thinking it's not because I kept getting the same email that the order I wanted was still in my check out but over all my son as his watch it was really really pass his birthday but it hear and his happy
