Love the watch but it took almost a month to receive it. I can get the exact same Invicta watch off of Amazon in 2-3 days (max). I purchase most products online. Your delivery times are horrible in comparison to most businesses. It also took 45 minutes for a customer service rep to answer my call.

I was offered 10% coupon for first time and was not able to apply it called customer service and stayed on phone for 30 min, no answer! Hopefully I get me order rapidly.
You said earlier "free shipping" then charged me 12.50 I looked 2 days later it was $20 cheaper. I tried to cancel the order BEFORE it shipped, they wouldn't let me(if I send back they get to keep 25%restocking) THEN the watch I received didn't work. It's been returned for repair or replacement (I couldnt BE lucky enough to get a refund)
