Took a month to receive my order! It was a birthday gift and it did not arrive in time. In that respect I was disappointed

I wish it was a shorter turnaround time between order and shipping. Other then that, my shopping experience with Invicta Stores has been good.

Frustrating experience. Order was placed on 7/22/20...finally received confirmation of delivery slated for 8/03/20...did not arrive that day...seriously considering never using your web site again

Love the watch. Shipping time is way too long, and customer service was of no service.

Delivery was a bit slow, but understood with the current issue with COVID19

I placed the order on a Monday hoping to get the watch by Friday. I paid for two day shipping. By Wed. It still hadn't shipped, so I emailed customer service to request my order be cancelled. I was emailed on Saturday to tell be my order was about to ship. I emailed again to request the order be cancelled. The order was not cancelled so I pad $30 for 2 day shipping for no reason, and have a watch I now don't want.

It's quite annoying to have an Invicta credit card and every time I go to check out my account isn't on file and I have to put in the card information

I had no issues with the delivery delays. The slow email response is where I was annoyed. But the other than that still great product and good service!

I have bought several watches form you. It seems like 1 out of 5 watches I receive with scratches. This is due to the watch bracelets not being wrapped in plastic as is customary. This particular watch has a perpetual calendar no one I contacted could tell me how to set it combining that with the scratches made me think twice so I returned it. I am not sure that I will continue ordering through the Invicta store.
