Its been fine. I do have a problem in that every time i try to use a free shipping coupon it never works. This is the 6th watch i have purchased from you folks. Also I never seem to get any shipping information. Order always says in process then miraculously it gets delivered.
I ordered a watch that was stock aid for the quick delivery way too much and waited weeks for my watch
Paid extra $39 for 2nd day shipment which did not occur. Spent 30 minutes on hold, twice, without anyone answering my call. Was finally told by CSR that the order had to process for four days before 2nd day shipment would occur. Doesn't indicate that on your site. I love Invicta watches, but not impressed with the companies response or delivery timelines.
Well I was not impressed by how one of the items I ordered was not in stock and therefore, I waited longer than I feel I should have to receive the order.
I will say the interaction through Facebook was reasonable when I inquired about it. Of course, that was after going on the website to see customer service hours listed. I called at about 4:40 pm EST and the recording said CS hours closed at 4:30 pm EST. But the website said you were open until 5:00 pm EST.
I am a huge fan of Invicta watches and as of now I have 7. I am hesitant about ordering any from you because I don't want to go through that experience again.
I bought the watch as a gift for my boyfriend's birthday. I was very unhappy that I ordered expecting it to arrive before his birthday only to get it three weeks later. When it finally arrive he loved it and so did I. I hope in the future the processing and shipping will not take as long.

It took about a month to even ship
I sent an email inquiring about my order. I received a reply back letting me know shipments were delayed, but I wasn't given a timeline on when it would ship. I run a warehouse and as the pandemic went on, the burden at the buildings has become less and less. I could understand if it was a carrier issue, but the delay seemed to be more of an internal process issue.
