I ordered my product on July 29 Invicta stores didn't print the fedex pick up labels until I called to check on my product to find out that it never went out! I called Invicta stores and spoke with 'mh ' as he stated his name was he was apologized for the mix up and assured me two day service for the mishap to only find out that that too was a lie now it's almost August 10-12 sti no product and I've called back to speak with another rep to find out that now everything 'Mh' said he never did do the two day shipping and I stil didn't have my project I was told to call fed ex because they had the product so I called and they helped me with locating and getting my package to me on August 19 I received my package because fedex said Invicta stores did not pay for the two day service and they were sorry about the hassle and arranged a time and day for my pack safe to b delivered. If u want good products and service go any where but Invicta stores.com they will lie to u, they will make it seem like it's your fault, nothing their reps say is truthful and a leach pigging backing off of the pandemic Crisis everything they say is gonna be because of the pandemic and if not they will assure two days service and a credits that u will never see and don't look for a confirmation email because they won't send it
The worst service all around stay away from Invicta stores.com ur better off going to qvc
