The delivery time needs to be faster.
The only thing that bothered me was it took a long time for my order to be shipped out.
For whatever reason, your site would not let me buy the watch. Once I entered my payment information, and tried to continue, it would tell me there was an error. This happened multiple times on many different days. Finally, about two weeks later, I tried again and my order went through.

Need to do better at communicating shipment time after order placement. I finally sent a note asking when it would ship and then got some feedback. Would have been better to know status as order to delivery was a few weeks - OK as long as I know it was in progress.

It takes 3 weeks before I got my item. But other than that I love it and very affordable price.
I understand we are in a pandemic, but the fact that it takes 1-4 business days to "label" My order and another 2 weeks to get it is a bit much. My friends ordered from shopHQ and had their orders within 8 days (same ground shipping).

Shipping cost too high for not fast shipping. Incorrect box, Buyed a DC Comics wonder woman special edition watch and its arrive in the Marvel box, it's was dissapponting because it's provides from a dealer.
Other than the actual delay, everything else was cool. Definitely took about 2 weeks for the watch to even ship, but once shipped it arrived in 1 or 2 days.
